Lincoln Luxury Cars

    Lincoln Car is the luxury vehicle division of Ford Motor Company.  Henry Leland founded it last August 1917.  Mr. Leland used to work for Henry Ford Company, which is now known as Cadillac, but left to build his own company and was named, as Lincoln Motor Company that primary product was an aircraft engine.

After the world war, Lincoln Motor Company started to build Luxury Automobiles. Though there were allegations that the body styling then is not at par with other luxury makers. This eventually led to Ford Motors Company buying Lincoln Motors in year 1922 for the reason of bankruptcy.

Lincoln got its name from the late president of United States, Abraham Lincoln. Since 1939, Lincoln have been providing official state limousine to the president of the United States. This includes, Presidents, Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Ford, carter, Reagan and Bush.

Lincoln is not only a means of transportation but it is considered as a status symbol of the rich and famous personalities. Recently, Lincoln is considered as one of the best selling luxury brand in United States along with Cadillac and Packard with its New Lincoln cars series.  Lincoln has been launching new designs from 2004 until 2008, these include: 2006 Lincoln Cars, 2007 Lincoln Cars and 2008 Lincoln Cars. The company promises a new breed of Lincoln Cars and will be launched in the near future.
