   Aviator, the middle size luxury sports utility vehicle (SUV) under the banner of Lincoln.  Aviator was introduced in 2003 and the production ended in 2005. Known as the smaller version of the Lincoln Navigator, but kept the features of the Navigator without compromising the quality interiors and the comfort of the passengers.

The 2003 Lincoln Aviator is a four (4) door anti-locked SUV that comes with a 4.6 L DOHC Modular V8 engine, five (5) speed automatic transmission, 113.7 inches wheel base and 22.5 US gallons of fuel capacity. It can accommodate 6 to 7 passengers in comfort. Aviator comes in two different models: Luxury and Platinum, which was change to Ultimate for the 2004 Lincoln Aviator. The Luxury model comes with a dual-zone climate control, adjustable pedals and rear park assist while the Ultimate is surrounded with heated and cooled seats, 17 inches wheels and HID headlamps.

Lincoln Aviator accessories or extras are now available in the market. Sunroof, DVD entertainment system, DVD navigation system and trailer hitch are some of the few accessories that can be added to both Aviator models. With the launch of 2004 Lincoln Aviator, an additional feature of Roll Stability Control to the Optional Traction Control that is responsible to eliminate the chances of rollover.
