Lincoln Town Car

Lincoln Town Car is an epitome of comfort, elegance, and luxury. Town Car got its name from a classic style of limousine that has a chauffeur’s compartment up-front, but only Lincoln attempted to integrate classic to modern car design and successfully made it. Lincoln Town Car symbolizes “What a luxury car should be.”

Town Car is showcased by a full size, rear-wheel drive luxury sedan with a V8 engine and large exterior and interior dimension. Considered as one of the best selling American luxury car comparatively affordable compared to the European flagship luxury car. In 1990, Town Car body went through a significant changes and a rear-axle air suspension is an addition to the standard model. In the same year Motor Trend’s named Town Car as the “Car of the Year.”

The new Town Car exterior and interior was pioneered in the 1998 Lincoln Town Car, a redesign that includes the removal of the car's hood ornament and more angular shapes. The interior was entirely refurbished, where the door, instrument panels, radio face, and switches and controls were rebuilt. The L or the longer version model provides extra facilities for rear-seat passengers, where a unique rear-seat switch allows the front-passenger seat to be moved forward for an extra room in the rear. The 2005 Lincoln Town Car are as follows: Signature, Signature Limited, and the Signature L with a lengthened wheelbase.

Town Car is the only American car made in body in frame construction and it dominates the limousine market in the United States. Since Lincoln Town Car is the most spacious luxury car being offered in the market today it gives its passenger a relaxing and safety feel while on the road. With the L version it is a very wonderful family car to accommodate all members of the family with out compromising ones comfort. Town Car guarantees luxury and comfort at its best.
